Mr Magnetic Rotary Actuators

The rotary actuators generate a torque through a toothed wheel and a rack driven by a hydraulic cylinder. This solution simplifies the mechanisms and is easy to maintain.

The presence of the magnetic piston allows the use of magnetic proximity sensors along the entire stroke of the piston.

The rotary actuators are equipped with adjustable brakes, able to generate a braking torque at the end of the stroke comparable to the maximum torque of the cylinder.

The end-of-run registers allow the system to be phased with an adjustment range of +/- 5 °
