We work hard to provide our customers with flexible production. This allows us to improve during the production process. With this flexibility, our systems are able to react to changes, to meet changes in type and quantity when needed.

COST SAVINGS

You’ll save on raw material procurement because the slide forming process utilizes the full strip, with reducing scrap. In addition, slide forming tooling can be as little as 1/3 the cost of other metalforming tooling.

Client Success Story

A Tier 1 customer was having delivery issues with an off-shore supplier of a cut square tube used in an exhaust hanger assembly. We were able to redesign the part and manufacture it by slide forming with strip steel. Not only did we alleviate the customers delivery concern we were able to lower the cost of the part.
