The advantages of Xcelerate
Xcelerate is designed to either load workpieces into a single machine or load workpieces into multiple machines. From lathes to milling machines and from bench grinders to measuring benches, Xcelerate enables automatic finishing of production series. The automatic loading system can be linked to both new and existing CNC machines. This enables unmanned production for a wide range of machines, so you can focus on more complicated tasks in the workplace. Flexible automation
What makes Xcelerate a truly unique automation solution is the high degree of flexibility it offers. Xcelerate can load different sizes of products and series, making it a universal solution that can also be used for smaller production batches. A variety of drawers or trays and an automatic gripper change system make Xcelerate the leading choice for both product- and pallet handling. Want to use your machine without Xcelerate? When not in use, the robotic arm folds away, making your machine available for other work.
Easy installation and operation
Xcelerate can be installed quickly and reliably in your production facility. The Cellro robotic loading system is the perfect first step towards complete automation. Thanks to easy-to-use software, Cellro customers experience higher production capacity from day one with the same number of staff. You can also easily add other grip fingers or inlays yourself in the software. If you have complex product shapes such as casting parts, you can create your own grip fingers based on our templates. If required Cellro can also create customer specific inlays, grippers and grippervingers.
Multiple models: X10, X15, X20, X35 and X60
Xcelerate is available in several models. The models differ in storage capacity and robot handling weight. Xcelerate X10 and Xcelerate X20 are compact models particularly suitable for product handling for manageable products up to 12 kg and 35 kg respectively. Do you have workpieces with a weight within this range? Then Xcelerate X20 is best suited for you. For lighter products, Xcelerate X10 is sufficient. Xcelerate 15 and X35 easily combine pallet and product handling, giving you maximum flexibility in the choice of your fixture. Due to the removable drawers, the pitch between the drawers can be easily adjusted to the desired product height. Machinists working with larger and/or heavier products and needing a large storage capacity should choose Xcelerate X60, which uses trays with a high storage capacity. The flexible height can be easily adjusted to the desired product height. And access to the CNC machine remains open to the operator.
Future expandable
Xcelerate makes it easy to start using automation. The systems can also be expanded in the future with various functions, enabling even greater flexibility and allowing Xcelerate to grow along with your business, whichever direction the future may demand.
