Pneumo-hydraulic embossing machines are suitable for markings that require high embossing forces. They are available as complete systems with a C-frame or add-on unit for transfer lines and rotary indexing systems.

Pneumo-hydraulic embossing machines work exclusively with compressed air. The short embossing stroke is built up by the hydraulic pressure intensifier integrated in the cylinder. The rapid stroke enables a large tolerance range for the workpiece heights. The low noise level is always below 75 dB(A).
