Our STRESS DATA ASSISTANT gives you the opportunity to network, analyze and visualize your subsystems within production, so that you get a holistic picture of the mechanical loads on the products and machines. It is not necessary to change or break up existing automation and control structures. With our SDA, sensors are only attached at the end of the functional chain, which means that measurements can be carried out as precisely as possible. This data can be used to identify anomalies, preventing future damage before it occurs. Load curves can also be analyzed retrospectively in order to find possible causes after damage has occurred and to avoid them in the future.
