STEEL STRIP PLANTS

As a full-service provider, the Berndorf Band Group offers steel belt systems and terminals for various applications and optimal production and conveying processes. The conveyor is a steel belt system in which the machine frame consists of a welded tubular frame, while the belt is tensioned by two pneumatic cylinders. The steel belt is controlled by a spindle-adjustable tension drum, which is supported by an additional integrated belt control roller in the case of large center distances of around 13 meters or more.Used in different productions, the system achieves a visible increase in product quality and production. In addition, it convinces with a quick and flexible service through remote maintenance.
