Modular double belt press

The Modular Twin Belt Press is a continuous twin belt press with fully customizable components to ensure current and future productivity. This allows productivity to be maintained. This also contributes to strengthening competitiveness. The modular design is an essential feature of the double belt presses from the Berndorf Band Group. This makes it possible to combine modules with different technical specifications and to adapt the double belt press to special individual needs.

Because of this flexibility, different work steps can be carried out on a single production line. The industry-independent use of the machine enables the realization of a wide variety of production processes, which can be enlarged, reduced or realigned as required thanks to the flexible modules. For example, a short test facility can be extended and expanded at a later date. Cooling (K) and heating modules (H), rod carpet modules (RCM), roller modules (FRM), sliding modules (SPM) and calender modules (CAM) are available.
