The Operational Excellence Support sustainably optimizes equipment and related processes to increase and maintain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Based on our competence and long-standing experience in machine manufacturing, we can offer comprehensive support in realizing Operational Excellence in the field of machines and production lines.Our support goes through the entire optimization process including review, analysis, consultancy, implementation, and follow-up activities.

The machinery at the site is reviewed entirely, any occurrences, which affect the equipment effectiveness, are identified and documented. The occurrences are then prioritized with the customer and optimization measures developed. Step-by-step implementation and long-term planning can be realized using the comprehensive documentation.Well-founded optimization of the equipment will yield a higher OEE value and increase line availability long term. Equipment stability also enables higher process reliability.Ramp-up SupportA foundation for Operational Excellence can be created at an early stage already – we assist in this process with our Ramp-up Support.The ramp-up phase is optimized and shortened based on a review of the complete system and a continuous project continuation. A stable situation at the beginning of production allows for the permanent preservation of a good machinery condition.
