Dimensional Inspection

Banner Metals Group provides dimensional inspection services for all types of parts and assemblies. We utilize a 3D laser scanner, Faro portable CMM, DCC CMM, or traditional layout measurement. Our Quality Technicians can verify the conformance of the part to the design specifications or provide our customers with a CAD file for reverse engineered parts. Dimensional data can also be uploaded to statistical evaluation software to determine the process capability (Ppk and Cpk) when measuring multiple parts.
