PEGASO air-insulated switchgears

Medium voltage (Pegaso) MV switchgears are designed for distribution of electrical energy at rated voltage up to 24 kV in indoor and container transformer stations of industrial and professional power industry. Pegaso fields can be used in separated rooms of electric movement as wall or free standing.

Advantages of the Pegaso SN (medium voltage) type:

• modern solutions of switchgear in the form of rotary disconnectors and disconnectors in air insulation with a double-pin contact system

• small dimensions of the fields, the width of the linear and transformer field is only 500 mm

• compartmental construction of the switchgear ensuring high operational security

• the use of a mechanical interlock prevents erroneous switching

• a two-compartment field structure that provides the main rail track separately from the part used to connect the power cables

• long working life, associated with the use of modern drives and copper rail connections without troublesome maintenance

• universality in implementing various switchgear systems, taking into account any number of fields

• Linear and transformer zones can be equipped with a switching coil, enabling remote switching off of the field

• the fields can be made as single or arranged in any configured switchgear. In addition, the line and transformer fields can be equipped with reactance insulators that cooperate with the signaling of voltage presence

• Medium voltage Pegaso switchgear has two separate compartments: rail and cable, which are separated from each other by a support frame with a lockable disconnector, creating a mechanical and electrical separation between these compartments
