Trench Conveyor Systems

Air Conveying Corporation's one of a kind Trench Conveyor Trim Removal Systems are installed from coast to coast and in Hawaii.  These systems utilize a single in floor belt system that transports trim from several machines to a single blower trim system.  The longest trench so far is approximately 400 feet long and handles 12 machines.  This type of system is the ultimate in Separator Size Conservation.  The belt return can be run over head or can be completely hidden in the floor.  Very simple controls along with a variable speed jog control and all of the accessories are included to keep the belt clean and operational.  Belt break and belt jam sensors are also included with a visual and or audible alarm.
