Air Conveying Corporation's unique Sequencing Systems allow you to pick up trim from two machines at the same time using only one trim removal system. In today's market, this alternative makes adding machines to your existing trim removal system inexpensive and easy. New Machine layouts can also be designed with the Sequencing Systems in mind. In New Trim Removal System applications, it can reduce the size of the Separator and Filter that would otherwise be needed.
To the right is another air volume saving technique used in systems where the segragation of paper is needed. In a bank of machines that all can be switched to either grade, 2 trim systems are used in conjunction with the switch valve system. This eliminates individual systems that are switchable at the separator.
