Kaeser Desiccant Dryers 300-4300 CFM
Most industrial compressed air systems only require a refrigerated Dryer providing a 38° pressure dewpoint combined with the appropriate filter package.
In the case of specialty applications such as aerospace, medical, pharmaceuticals and food processing compressed air must be absolutely dry with a -40° F pressure dewpoint. This ensures that no moisture can be in contact with the product or process. This is achieved by drying air desiccant beads which in turn must be dried out on a routine basis.
Kaeser desiccant dryers are available from 300 CFM to 4300 CFM and use air purge or heat regeneration to dry the desiccant. Each process application will determine which is the best type of dryer to be selected.
