Whether for pre-pressure generation in combined heat and power plants (CHP) and biogas processing plants (BGAA) or as an essential component in biogas feed-in plants (BGEA) for the compression of biomethane for feeding into gas supply networks; AERZEN has the right blowers or compressors in its product range for a wide variety of applications.

Developed specifically for the biogas market, the biogas blowers of the GM series from AERZEN ensure maximum availability and efficiency.

The biogas blowers are available in a variety of different sizes. The TÜV-certified explosion pressure shock resistance of 12 bar also allows the blowers to be operated in a process with an internal ATEX zone 1.

AREAS OF APPLICATION:

• Compression of biomethane and biogas, landfill gas, natural gas, CH mixed gases, etc.
• 9 sizes for flow rates between 100 m 3 /h and 2700 m 3 /h. Other flow on request
• Volume control using speed control and bypass. Control range 0 - 100%
• Inlet pressure: max. 500 mbar above sea level
• Final pressure: max. 1000 mbar above sea level
