Advanced Steel Technology specializes in NC gas cutting services to create steel parts for customers nationwide in the construction, material handling, and heavy equipment industries. Our production facility is equipped with CNC gas cutting machines that feature from 8 to 32 cutting torches and large cutting beds capable of holding parts up to 27 feet wide and 5 inches thick. These high precision cutting machines are able to cut 3 plates at one time, with unparalleled accuracy, from materials such as A36 plate steel, A572 Grade 50 plate steel, as well as heat treated quench and tempered plate.

Along with lifting equipment that can handle parts weighing up to 20 tons, our ISO 9001-certified facility houses high-tech coordinate measuring machines, templates, and gauges to verify part dimensions, and our work typically exceeds ASTM tolerances. As an industry leader, we buy all of our steel directly from the mills, which offers us tremendous savings that we can pass along to our customers. We also maintain a large inventory of steel plate, and are ready to meet demanding customer schedules and requirements.

Uniquely qualified to fabricate parts for heavy equipment from bulldozers and excavators to loaders and fork lifts, we are able to handle medium to large volume production runs, well-priced and with a fast turnaround.
