At Advanced Steel Technology, we offer laser cutting services to complement our NC oxy-fuel and high definition plasma cutting services. Our 6 kW CO2 laser is capable of cutting hard materials, such as heat-treated and tempered steels, to produce complex parts measuring up to 20 ft long x 8 ft wide x 0.5 inch thick. The 4-axis machine features a stationary bed and a flying optic laser head that rapidly, accurately, and repeatedly cuts through steel plate using a minimum amount of heat to achieve machine-like, burr-free edges.

Targeted for medium to large production runs for the construction, material handling, and heavy equipment industries, our laser cutting services consistently produce parts that exceed ASTM standards.
