ROLLER MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

Roller Measurement System is a PC-based measurement machine equipped with a Keyence Vision System for the measurement, a 3-axis manual XYZ stage for the focusing, a stepper motor for the indexing of the roller, e.g. Roller 20, Roller 16 or Roller Rear. The PC-based controller, as the main controller, will control the whole system including vision system and sub-controller that is PLC-based controller for stepper motor control. The PC-based controller is also equipped with Windows-based application software which will collect the data from the vision system, process the data in the computer, indicate the data on the monitor, and store the data in an Excel formatted file.
