DISC CASSETTE INSPECTION SYSTEM

Disc Cassette Inspection System is a PC-based inspection system integrated with a set of Keyence Vision System, two sets of color sensor and a 2D barcode scanner, and of course, a cassette loading fixture as well. The operator just need to slide the cassette into the fixture; the inspection machine will automatically check the quantity of disc in the cassette, detect the position of the label on the cassette, scan the barcode on the label and verify the cassette barcode with the barcode on the packing bag. All inspection results will be displayed on the LCD monitor in green color if all the parameters are within the spec, otherwise, the results will be displayed in red color with an alarm sound, and the photo of the cassette will be captured at the same time if any parameter is out of the spec.
