The Pinch-25 volumetric filler

The Pinch-25 is a timed flow volumetric filler designed to fill water thin liquids, oils, and creams. All the contact parts can be easily cleaned and are autoclavable which makes the machine ideal for the medical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and specialty industries.

The Pinch-25 comes complete with a fully adjustable stainless steel stand, six stainless steel nozzles, microprocessor timing clock, pump, and can easily be made fully automatic with an ABI. The Pinch-25 can fill up to 60 containers per minute depending on container size and product viscosity.

The Pinch-25 is designed to fill containers between .5oz. and 64oz. In addition to being used as the center of your filling operation, the Pinch-25 can also be an inexpensive backup machine, or as an alternative to using contract packagers, eliminating the cost of down time and expensive setup for small runs. The ease of operation makes it easy to use and affordable.
