AC Brushless Motors

AC Brushless Motors

AC Brushless Motors

Unlike brushed DC motors, AC brushless motors do not depend on brushes to control current. AC brushless motors pass current through the stator, also known as the electromagnet, which is connected to AC power directly or through a solid-state circuit.

In AC brushless motors, current passes through the motor, which causes the magnetic field to rotate and the rotor to turn. Permanent magnets are bonded to the rotor, as the current passes through the stator, the poles on the rotor rotate in relation to the electromagnetic poles created within the stator, creating motion.

The lack of brushes in AC brushless motors also increases their lifespans, makes them cleaner and quieter, and reduces wear and tear.

Use AC brushless motors for a long-lasting source of quiet, reliable motion.
