Our ManufacturingOur full service 100,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility located in Spartanburg, SC, includes a comprehensive machine shop, two laser tables, CNC turning, vertical milling, bending/braking, AWS / ASME certified welders, in-house full-time QA/QC inspector, and complete metal fabrication including welding, cutting, forming, and piping. We provide complete mechanical and electrical engineering with the latest software versions of SolidWorks and AutoCAD. We offer UL 508 Listed Controls, including PLC integration complete in-house assembly, and testing of all equipment items, such as clarifier and thickener drives, screens, and grit systems.
Our TeamThe Zima sales network consists of product-oriented technical sales professionals who support a specialized group of national and select international sales representatives, each dedicated to providing technical support to the engineering community and end user. Representatives are available in all 50 states and numerous countries worldwide.
Our highly trained technical and engineering support includes in-house project managers, licensed professional engineers (both mechanical and electrical), skilled craft machinists, precision welders, and meticulous assembly personnel.
