Lincoln Electric® Acquires Zeman Bauelemente

April 1, 2021. Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LECO) announced today that it has acquired Zeman Bauelemente Produktionsgesellschaft m.b.H. (“Zeman Bauelemente”), a division of the Zeman Group.
