Environmental Practices

Weiss-Aug is devoted to operating in a responsible manner that will deliver lasting environmental value across our operations. We continually work to improve energy efficiency and sustainability as part of our Environmental Policy.

Energy efficiency measures include:

  • A 3,800 Solar Panel Installation, savings equal to about 75 average homes
  • Converting over to LED lighting, reducing energy consumption by 75%

Investing In The Future

Investing in tomorrow's leaders. Working with our youth to develop future leaders in our industry as well as to support, promote and inspire young women in the field of engineering is a priority to Weiss-Aug. Our co-op, internship, and apprentice programs are paramount to the future success of Weiss-Aug. We work closely with many of the local engineering schools, such as Steven’s Institute, NJIT, and Rutgers.​​​​​​​
