Weda Poolcleaner Aktiebolag of today has specialized in under water cleaning solutions with automatic and semi automatic robots. The cleaners are developed in cooperation with the end users in the pool industry, water and sewage industry and general industry worldwide. The cleaners are built around the more than 50 years experience within Weda of pumps for under water usage. Weda is a privately owned Swedish Corporation with its manufacturing facility in Sweden and worldwide sales through a network of subsidiaries and distributors.

Weda has a unique experience and know-how from more than 50 years activities in the development and production of products for underwater use. Weda's Industrial division is aiming to find solutions for all applications of cleaning under water may it be with existing products, products that need to be customized or new products designed in cooperation with the client.

Weda develops and manufactures underwater cleaner for basically all types and shapes of pools, basins, tanks and reservoirs. The main advantages with WEDA cleaners are:
 

• Allows for cleaning without having to drain the water.
• Underwater cleaning can be performed with the tank on duty. No increase of turbulence → No interruption of the process.
• On-board cameras and lights provide the possibility to record the bottom surface on DVD or hard disc during cleaning.
• Since the cleaning can be performed without interruption of the process more frequent cleaning can be done. This minimizes the need for chemicals.
• No divers or other staff in the tanks allows for cleaning in environmentally hazardous areas.
• Cleaners can reach up to 200 meters into the reservoirs.
• No chemicals are added.
• All oils and greases used are food approved.
