Weaver and Sons was founded in 1945 by George L. Weaver, a decorated World War II veteran and Prisoner of War who returned home and established the company with his brother Martin D. Weaver Jr. and father Martin D. Weaver Sr.
Today, Weaver and Sons is owned by OMCO Holdings, the largest custom roll former in the United States. Located in Talladega, Alabama, the company is comprised of over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing, office and warehouse space and is conveniently located near Interstate 20 between Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama, two of the most significant transportation hubs of the Southeast. Weaver and Sons serves customers nationwide and regularly ships custom metal fabrication jobs to loyal customers just down the road and in cities across the country.
Since its inception, Weaver and Sons has maintained state of the art modern and traditional machinery.
