PRODUCTION
♦ The manufacturing area is spreaded in total 4000 sq. feet area. Our trained and experienced technicians and assemblers are skillfully guided by our specialist production mangers with perfection and precision in this smooth Production line set-up where PCB assembly, instrument raw-assembly, final assembly and testing are carried out. The department is well equipped with standard production tools, fixtures & jigs, lab instruments, calibrators and environmental test chambers to make sure the job is done perfectly. Our calibrators, instruments and sensors are traceable to N.P.L. We are following this process since last 10 years.
QUALITY
♦ The Company believes in maintaining consistency in high quality and accuracy of its products. We are well equipped with the latest, superior, environmental test chambers and hot air ovens, vibration testing, insulation test to make sure our instruments not only withstands extreme conditions but performs well under the toughest conditions. We have vibration testing and ultrasonic cleaning bath for PCBs. Our computerized testing systems and component test jigs ensure accuracy and reliability and the highest performance standards. The entire range of raw material used in production undergoes various quality tests such as temperature cycling, 24 Hours Live on etc. Continuous efforts are taken to maintain and improve design, testing methods, procedures and manufacturing facilities.
