A family business with a commitment to craftsmanship best describes Tracey Gear & Precision Shaft. Established in 1945, Leo F. Tracey started his business in a one car garage. Leo continued with the tradition of craftsmanship he had developed from the beginning and in 1973 retired leaving his sons, Stephen, Richard and Kevin, to improve, expand, and grow the family business. The Tracey family and all employees of Tracey Gear & Precision Shaft are committed to the challenge Leo Tracey instilled in them - quality.

Today, Leo's children: Kevin and Terry, as well as his grandson Doug continue to build the company as Leo once did. Tracey's facility includes a full range of equipment to manufacture your custom products, either American Standard or metric, in all types of materials. Our capabilities include gear, spline and worm cutting, turning, broaching, milling, drilling, grinding, thread grinding, and high quality inspection. As an ISO Certified manufacturer, Tracey Gear & Precision Shaft offers quality product and timely delivery.
