An example of this are the new special portal turning and milling machines for machining workpieces with a diameter of up to four meters and a weight of up to 25 tons; or the worldwide unique drill chuck assembly line for the fully automatic production of keyless, self-tightening flat jaw chucks.This line makes it possible to assemble around 92,000 drill chucks in 3 shifts on 5 working days.In addition to the assembly of the individual parts, the fully automated process also includes the labeling and quality control of the drill chucks.
