• All parts are checked regularly for Process Capability, with mandatory PPAP prior to any new production orders

Common Requirements that PRP Regularly Achieves:

• Dimensional tolerances to .001in or better
• CPK compliance to minimum 1.00 CPK up to 1.67 CPK
• All GD&T compliances under .010in
• Surface Roughness up to 32 Ra Inch (0.8 RA um)
• Finish availability: Zinc Plating, Black Oxide, Epoxy Finish, Paint Finish
