Our founder, Vladimir (Wally) Penzenik, began as a small tool and die shop in 1956, focusing on using quality materials and experienced workers to manufacture products at competitive prices. His vision continued with the leadership of his sons, Richard, President of the Plastics Division, and David, President of the Steel Division. Both of whom understand the ever-changing marketplace and surrounded themselves with more than 100 creative associates who continually seek out new markets and new applications that will benefit from their custom services and capabilities – capabilities that may begin with tool and die design and end with value-added assembly services.Over the years, the principle of “Quality Products for Quality Customers” has guided us to be a world leader in the truck and trailer and container and chassis industry, for both OEM and aftermarket applications.

Growing our History

At the end of 2021, Penz Products Inc. was acquired by Tramec Sloan, a division of Tramec, LLC, bringing together two established US manufacturers to broaden and strengthen manufacturing capabilities. Tramec Sloan’s history is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit of those who believed that manufacturing quality products with great service provides an exceptional value to our industry.
