Local roots
Our "little factory" is located in the Baden town of Ubstadt-Weiher, between the Rhine valley and Kraichgau, where we currently employ over 55 people, seven of whom are still completing their training. We are conveniently located with good transport links and deliver to our customers world-wide from this location.
Taking responsibility - pointing the way
We have certification for our environmental management in accordance with EMAS and our quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and take pride in having a sustainable business culture. We are a corporate member of the registered association Transparency International Deutschland e.V., which means we advocate cooperation without corruption.
We have fulfilled all criteria of the Sustainability Code DNK. The DNK describes minimum requirements in regards to reporting aspects of sustainability. As such, it offers a framework for reporting non-financial services that can be implemented by businesses and organizations of any size and legal form.
Furthermore, we are a member of fokus.energie e.V. for the exchange in the energy region Karlsruhe with a view over the edge of one's nose. fokus.energie is the network for the energy sector in the TechnologieRegion Karlsruhe, which supports the exchange of experience and knowledge, provides contacts and promotes new ideas. fokus.energie brings people together and makes innovations possible.
As big e-car fans, we are also members of the Teslafahrer und Freunde e.V. association. TFF e.V. sees itself as a community of interest for Tesla drivers and friends in German-speaking countries. The goal is to promote electric mobility in Germany.
Quality through training and education
Every year we offer at least one apprenticeship for an industrial clerk. In cooperation with the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg we offer one place on a dual bachelor degree for business administration. We place great importance on the career development of our employees: for this reason we work closely together with the local Chamber of Industry and Commerce and other training institutes. We are also have a cooperation agreement with the Alfred Delp school. This was taken with the target, to provide students a systematic and individual job counseling for their career path.

We take our social responsibility as a company seriously and are committed in many different ways: donations, sponsorships, cooperation with local schools, associations, local political instutitions, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the regional economic promotion Bruchsal.
Since 2008 we support the football club FV Victoria Ubstadt. We are sponsor of the youth division and support them in many different ways.
Since 2011 we are sponsor of the section for girls and women of the football club SV Zeutern.
As a company with social commitment in the local region it's important for us to and support the youth work in Ubstadt-Weiher.
