Lauyans & Company, Inc. was established in March of 1986. At that time, our focus was on providing industry with Custom Material Handling Solutions. Over the years our “solutions” have evolved and we now provide a wide variety of both standard and custom products. However, our main strength is our ability to develop custom solutions to meet our customer’s needs. Our Engineered Products Solutions group has always been at the core of Lauyans & Company.

With over 35 years of experience in providing engineered material handling solutions, we’re ready to work to meet your needs. From temperature extremes of -20F through 2,000F to handling products as diverse as biomedical, nuclear waste, and trays of frozen chicken, we’ve probably already tackled a project similar to yours. Our equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Pallet handling conveyor (live roller, multi-strand chain, transfers, turntables)
• Custom devices to tilt, lift, rotate products for ergonomics, inspection or process reasons
• Pick-and-Place transfer equipment utilizing vacuum, mechanical and magnetic attachments. Typical applications include stack/de-stack totes, dispense tote lids, pallet dispensing, transfer sheets of material, etc.

Our History

Lauyans & Company, Inc., was formed in March of 1986. During the early years, we accomplished our goals using the technology and expertise we possessed. In later years, we continued our growth by acquiring new technologies and developed expertise in other areas to build on our engineering and manufacturing foundation. Today, Lauyans & Company, Inc., is known throughout the material handling industry for its strength in providing innovative solutions in material handling.
