Laempe Mössner Sinto understands engineering as the detailed technical elaboration of a solution concept for the realization of complex and specific customer requirements in the core shop. The technical development also includes the design and optimization of the relevant work processes with regard to economy, organization and ergonomics.

You get a tailor-made solution

Laempe Engineering creates a complete plan for the core shop for you, including the layout, in which we take all your individual parameters into account: production figures, land use plans, product specifications, production conditions and the daily period of use in single or multi-shift operation. In addition, important suppliers such as toolmakers are involved in the development as early as the engineering phase in order to avoid later coordination problems.

The result is well-founded specifications for implementation

We simulate the feasibility of complex production lines in 3D process and material flow simulations and optimize in terms of cycle times, production processes and any collision problems. All specifications for the planned production line can then be derived from these comprehensive calculations, such as the number of machines and peripheral systems required, the required quantities of consumables and the appropriate degree of automation.
