API Standard
KT Hydraulics design and manufacture to API standards. We work to highest requirement for Lubrication Shaft-Sealing and Control-Oil Systems which is API 614, 5th Edition. All of our Engineers are knowledgeable and have a thorough understanding of the standard to ensure we are constantly adhering to the specification.
International Standards
Depending on our client and end user we work to many other standards when it is a requirement to do so, many of which are international, including NORSOK developed by the Norwegian petroleum industry. Other international standards include PED 2014/68/EU and CUTR.
Quality Standards
The quality KT hydraulics produce in everything they manufacture or service is imperative throughout the core of the business.
All manufacturing is controlled through our ISO9001:2015 quality management system and is carried out with the aim of minimising our impact on the environment in accordance with our ISO 14001:2015 accreditation. We also use OHSAS18001:2007 for our health and safety purposes.
In addition, everything we manufacture or service undergoes rigorous in-house inspecting, testing and quality control, additionally all of our products can be third party witnessed, approved and inspected by independent control assessors including Lloyds register and DNV.
