IAC was established as a specialist division of the Communica Group to distribute the Hirschmann industrial Ethernet range of products and established this brand as a standard in the local market. Hirschmann, the undisputed world market leader in Industrial Ethernet Communications, in partnership with IAC have seen their market share in South Africa grow to unparalleled levels. The Hirschmann offering consists of the broadest range of Industrial Ethernet products from a single vendor and has thus firmly established itself as the preferred network supplier to some of the largest Industrial Automation projects in South Africa.
In line with our vision to maintain our focus on ruggedised solutions for the African market, in 2004 IAC introduced the local market to Mobotix decentralised High Resolution IP Cameras. The partnership with Mobotix in Germany continues to grow from strength to strength with an ever increasing number of customers benefitting from the decentralised concept and leading edge technology that is unique to the Mobotix line such as 6MP mobile IP surveillance and entirely solar powered surveillance solutions to name but a few.
Recongnising the need to offer cost effective world class industrial networking solutions, IAC proudly added the Korenix range to its portfolio, a market leading brand in industrial networking and computing solutions with an extensive track record in providing innovative, value focused solutions to the industrial market.
Our product portfolio has expanded over time with the solutions being very carefully chosen to complement our vision and existing range. These include:

We work closely with our partners to promote growth and customer satisfaction, offer full training on all products and can assist with demos and presentations. Our training courses assist customers to improve their technical skills and take full advantage of product functionality and our Demo Room is used for showcasing the integration of our products as converged solutions allowing visitors to see for themselves the capabilities of our well rounded solution offering.
