The H+E Group, headquartered in Stuttgart, has already implemented 30,000 plants in the field of industrial water treatment, waste water treatment and water recovery. This is why companies from a wide variety of industries from all over the world place their trust in H+E.Company founder Willy Hager laid the foundation for H+E as early as 1932 in Stuttgart. The takeover of Permutit GmbH Berlin was a milestone in the company’s history. H+E, then still under the Hager+Elsässer name, considerably expanded its experience in the planning and design of large-scale plants with the acquisition of this well-established company.We owe most of our technological expertise in waste water treatment and pre-treatment with biological aerobic and anaerobic processes to Philipp Müller GmbH Apparatebau, which has been active in this field since 1896. The H+E Group integrated this long-established company into its core structure in 1999.
Since 2014, the group of companies with locations in Europe, South America and Asia has belonged to the Swiss Aquarion AG.High-quality components, long-term supplier relationships and comprehensive aftersales service guarantee reliable plants with high availability. They are planned, designed and built by our engineers in Stuttgart.
