General Pumps SL is a 25 year old company manufacturing pumps and motors in Valencia, Spain.
A 25 year old experience in the field of Water Distribution, forbore the success currently achieved by our company. The production ranges from Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps, Vertical Pumps and Submersible Pumps and Motors. This comprises of complete range of products from 0.5 HP to 250 HP making us one of the few companies to offer complete pumping solution to our customers.
The Managing Director of the Company who has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Pumps and Pumping Equipment is well renowned in Spain. Jaideep Bhalla, the Business Head of General Pumps brings with him more than 16 years of experience in the field of Pumps. Jaideep Bhalla has been involved in the Export Department with Leading Pump Companies of the World.
Submersible Pumps and Motors are the Flagship products of our company and the production includes the Submersible Products in Three major metallurgies such as Cast Iron, Bronze, and Stainless Steel.
The manufacturing plant is located in the Port City of Valencia. The new manufacturing and testing facility is spread over the area of 1500 Sq. Mt which has all the latest manufacturing and testing facility to offer top class quality products. Apart from Manufacturing of Submersible Motors, General Pumps also expertise in the Repairs and Rewinding of large motors. To facilitate such high technology procedure a separate section is reserved in the factory which includes fully equipped Air Conditioned area for Rewinding of the Submersible Motors and Special Testing Bench for the motors.
The customers of the company are from varied fields such as Industrial, Agricultural, Water Treatment Companies, etc. General Pumps has its customer base not only restricted to Spain but to other parts of Europe. General Pumps also exports its products to Africa, South America and Asia Continents and have a list of long satisfied customer.
Sales team comprising of Sales Managers and Executives visit the customers on regular basis, understanding the requirements and constantly updating them on the latest development, hence assuring them of constant support. The company also have factory trained service persons that ensure that all the issues regarding Service and Warranty are resolved in the least possible time.
