Established in 1993 EBS Automation has become a specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of special purpose machinery, automated and robotic systems. We constantly aim to acheieve total quality control over our product output. The company also manufactures tooling, jigs and multi axis machined parts from single items to batch runs. Operating from our 12,000 sq ft facility EBS originally concentrated on the UK market, however the company has now developed a multi-national customer base and has supplied automation systems and special purpose machines to Poland, USA, Spain, Romania Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey and Morroco.

Initially we will visit you to establish your needs. This information is brought to a carefully selected proposal and project management group chosen from our highly skilled and experienced design engineering and manufacturing teams. We will review the enquiry and will discuss with you the proposed method, to ensure that you have the optimum engineered proposal to meet your requirements.
On acceptance of the proposal we follow a pre-defined 14 stage project management plan that becomes the central focus for both clients and the project team as the project moves from stage to stage. Within the 14 stage plan are key milestones and markers that guarantee no surprises at the end.
We have internal documented systems within this process, ensuring that required activities are completed such as Machine Risk Assesments, Essential Health & Safety Requirements and CE Marking.
All of our Machines and Automation Systems are delivered with comprehensive digital machine manuals.
