COMPANY BRIEF
​E-valucon was established in 2002 in the State of California as an independent global extension of Sam Woo Electronics, a 40-year old mother company and the manufacturing headquarter located in the Industrial Complex of Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
​The origin of the name E-valucon was derived from the word “value,” and “connector.” The letter “e” at the end of value is rolled over to the front to represent, “ecosystem,” “empowerment,” and “excellence.” E-valucon is creating a culture with a “Good-to-Work-with” ecosystem focused on creating a safe and thriving work environment: refining and improving systems, standards, and work processes; growing our team to add maximum value to the company, our customers and stakeholders.

​E-valucon started by serving two major industries: broadcasting and telecommunications. We have grown our business in the broadcasting industry by exhibiting at NABshow in Las Vegas and IBC in the Netherlands from the beginning, where we had the opportunity to provide connectors, cable assemblies and antennas to our award-winning customers.
Within the telecommunications industry, we have been a long-term member of the AISG for the 3G and 4G connections for controls, electrical tilts and RET units for the cell towers. In 2019, we became a member of the NGMN for 5G. For decades, we have worked with global customers to deploy their networks by designing our products into their units.
​Sam Woo Electronics as our main factory, we work with manufacturing partners in South Korea and beyond to source the best option for our customers. We consider it one of our most important tasks to make sure that manufacturing facilities we work with are equipped with global standards for quality, environment, and a safe and fair work ecosystem.
​Other major industries we are a part of are factory automation, securities and sensors, and electrical mobility battery packs. Our latest expansion is in the EVSE market, spinning off from our core competencies of circular connectors and cables assemblies to supply fast charging connection solutions, working with customers in the electrical power source market with the emergence of of Smart Cities, Electrical Vehicles and the 5G movement.
