Founded in 1946, Control Products, Inc’s first sales were to the US government in military applications and switches designed by CPI continue to be used extensively in military equipment. Today, CPI provides creative control solutions to a diverse group of markets, where high reliability is needed in demanding applications. The company’s success can be attributed to a mission “to be THE company that provides the highest level of service”. That mission is focused by an ISO9001 quality system and supported by a conservative management philosophy which places a high value on all employees.

Providing creative, reliable control solutions, shipped on time, defect-free is the one sentence description of CPI’s products and services. Factory-based Regional Project Managers and Customer Service Representatives convey customer requirements to a responsive team of professionals throughout the process. From application solution development to meeting demanding production schedules, the mission remains the same: “to be the company that provides the highest level of service”.

All of CPI’s operations are under one roof in East Hanover, NJ and 99% of our purchased parts and materials are sourced domestically.
