AboutColonial Engineering, Inc.

In 1972, Colonial Engineering began molding Sch 40/80 PVC & CPVC pipe-fittings.   In 1984, we added plastic ball valves, butterfly valves and check valves to expand our capabilities in the industrial PVF, process piping, water treatment, pool/spa, commercial plumbing, and irrigation markets.

Colonial entered the Custom injection-molding business in 1985, building on the expertise gained from molding proprietary products in the valve and pipe-fitting market.  Experience working with CPVC, PVC, PP, ABS, HDPE, Noryl, and other materials has enabled us to work with a variety of industries.  In addition to injection-molding, we perform secondary CNC machining operations, hot stamp and pad print, and sub-assembly.

Colonial divested of our Sch 40/80 pipe-fitting product line in 2002. Since then, we have continued to grow in the custom-molding and plastic valve markets, with two production facilities in SW Michigan.
