OUR FACILITY
At BCT we continue to upgrade and expand our state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly plant in West Allis, WI. We’ve invested over $8 million in manufacturing equipment that allows us to the ability to manufacture your system in-house. We operate multiple plate-cutting systems including laser, water jet, and plasma tables along with CNC bending and sawing equipment. We’ve invested in equipment that compliments our weld team with multiple Cobot weld systems that provide the perfect weld. Our CNC machining equipment provides us with the ability to control quality and our supply chain on critical products. We’ve converted the old turbine test center into a world-class panel build/test facility. This allows us to design and build all electrical panels in-house, along with all wiring and PLC programming.
