For decades Senator h. c. Peter Schaufler directed the fate of BITZER as its owner and CEO. With his diligence, entrepreneurial courage as well as his international orientation, he characterized his own era, developing the company from a medium-sized enterprise to the world’s largest manufacturer of refrigeration compressors.
