We want to create outstanding value for our customers and, therefore, quality management is part of our company culture. Quality and continuous improvement is a priority at ATA. We strive for exemplary quality in our products and services — regardless from which ATA location they come from. In the procurement of goods and services, we look for partnerships with suppliers that apply the same principles of quality assurance. Our Quality Management System is based on ISO 9001. Our Health and Safety operates in accordance with OHSAS 18001.

Innovation

ATA recognises Innovation as a core priority for the Group.In 2016 ATA put in dedicated resources to drive innovation and R&D activities. Innovation is linked to our overall strategy and embedded as a key growth accelerator.

ATA has two R&D centres invested heavily in measurement and testing technology. ATA work with several third level institutions and are members of the Irish Manufacturing Research Centre where ATA sit on the Steering Committee Board.

ATA have comprehensive processes for capturing ideas and driving innovation across all elements of the business from R&D to Business Models, our platform is AIM (All Innovation Matters). Our Emerging Products and Services team (EPS) have some of the most senior people on board to drive innovation including the CEO and CFO.

ATA work with several RTO’s (Research and Technology Organisations) and are currently partaking in a major European research project funded by the EU

Our core driver is to bring innovative new products to market and improve our customers experience. We will be further improving our processes by developing an open innovation page where we will invite customers and end users to challenge us with R&D projects.
