Located in the north of Italy, ISA has been designing and manufacturing portable devices for electrical assets testing, for more than 80 years. Isa advanced testing equipment is designed to perform tests on protective relays, power transformers, instrument transformers, circuit breakers, batteries and many other high & medium voltage systems. All products are developed in close cooperation with our customers to insure best results for standard conformity, ease of testing, handling of equipment and health and safety aspects.


Morgan Schaffer is a global utility solutions provider located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Its solutions are sold in over 90 countries to both electrical utilities with generation and transmission assets and original equipment manufacturers of large transmission transformers. Founded in 1965, Morgan Schaffer designs, develops, manufactures and markets an integrated offering of dissolved gas analysis (DGA), oil testing, and data management solutions which enhance the ability of electric utilities to accurately monitor the health of critical power transformers.


Phenix’s mission is to design and produce superior test equipment: from portable test sets to custom above one-million volt systems. With its engineering knowledge, industrial capacity, and commitment to diverse solutions, Phenix has earned the reputation of the supplier of choice. Estabished in 1999 as a spin-off from the University of Bologna, TECHIMP is the major player in condition assessment and permanent monitoring of partial discharge activities in electrical assets. Located in Bologna, Italy, TECHIMP develops, manufactures and distributes products and systems, and provides services for several applications like, quality control, commissioning tests, on-line/off-line measurements, and permanent monitoring. With its proactive participation in global committees like IEC, IEEE, Cigre, ICC it has published numerous award-winning papers around partial discharge technology and has a strong involvement in the definition of today’s standards.


Founded in 1991 and located in Ontario, California, USA, Vanguard Instruments offers a wide range of diagnostic test equipment that accurately and efficiently measures the health of critical substation equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and protective relays.
