AKO Armaturen & Separationstechnik GmbH is a German company founded in 1984 by Antoine Kopp. The English company, AKO UK Ltd, was established in 1998 to provide more efficient distribution of AKO products in Great Britain and Ireland. Both the companies are certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards. AKO's product range includes knife gate valves, special fittings and various accessories in addition to the original Pinch Valves. AKO's valves and fittings are specially designed for isolating and regulating abrasive, fibrous and corrosive media.
