In June 2021, an international investment manager, The Carlyle Group, signed an agreement to invest in AGILOX. As part of the transaction, Carlyle and the previous investor, Raiffeisen Invest Private Equity Group, are providing significant growth capital for further international expansion and the development of new products. The entry of the Carlyle Group as an investor enables AGILOX to further expand its leading role as a global technology leader in the field of Autonomous Mobile Robots.
