Almost everything that is created at AEL is created in-house. The company designs itself. And it produces with an unusual vertical range of manufacture. The company does not give up production stages that decisively influence the product quality. This applies above all to the welding technology.

In-house: The construction

Products from AEL are calculated and designed in-house in terms of process technology and statics. The engineers at AEL are familiar with the common process design tools – and with construction programs such as AutoCAD, Inventor, CADISON, HTRI, PROBAD and PV Elite. Processing the results into technical documentation that is appropriate for the respective application – every customer can also expect that from AEL.

In-house: The purchasing competence

As far as the peripheral components of the system technology are concerned, such as valve, pump, measurement and control technology, AEL relies on the products of well-known suppliers - with a proven fit to its own products. Of course, the customer has a say in the selection of these components.
