Hygienic Non Return Valve

Non Return Valves are used in applications that require the product to flow in only one direction. Our range is Sanitary and is manufactured in grade 316 Stainless Steel. The valve is operated when the pressure exerted on the sprung disc is greater than the opposing force of the spring, opening pressures are generally low making this an ideal valve for gentle product handling.

When a stronger counter pressure is applied the valve will close preventing back flow of product. The valve is supplied as standard with weld ends although connections to customer specification can be fitted in our manufacturing facility; the internal of the valve is finished to 0.4 micron ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. Non return valves are available in sizes from ½” – 4”.
