Narrow Hot Strip Mills

YOGIJI-DIGI now also offer Narrow Hot Strip Mills up-to 500mm wide. Hot strip is rolled from steel slabs heated to rolling temperature.

The heated slab passes through a roughing mill and then through a series of tandem stands to transform it in to steel strip. The strip is then coiled on a down coiler.

Our expertise on hydraulic screw down AGC and inter-stand tension control system help to produce thin gauges on the hot strip mills.
